PERU Hugo Pareja SL Washed WX For many years, Hugo Pareja and his spouse, Flor Lopez, have been growing speciality coffee in the Incahuasi region of central Peru. Because of its location between the beach and the rainforest, this area has a mild climate and rolling hills. Hugo grows multiple varieties. The farm has an organic production, using waste from his own farm and also from raising small animals.
