The latest iteration of Isa is the most beautiful one yet. For Isa, we select a high-grown washed coffee from Latin America in the most classic style: balanced, bright, sweet, and easy to drink. This year's iteration is a perfect blend of brightness, sweetness, and body, with balanced flavors of citrus and chocolate. This particular lot is part of a reforestation project in Colombia spearheaded by our trading partners. The personal daily-drinker of our head roaster, Isa makes a flavorful espresso and a beautifully balanced filter coffee.
