Dead Reckoning is our main espresso blend. We combine coffees with depth of flavor and balance as well as vibrancy in the cup. We currently use a blend from Guatemalan coffee from La Maravilla as the chocolatey base. We then add Ethiopian natural and washed coffees for structured acidity and fruit-forward sweetness. The result is an approachable espresso which appeals to coffee connoisseurs and everyday drinkers alike. Components 30% Guatemalan Blend - Washed 30% Peru - La Chota - Washed 30% Ethiopia - Ayla Bombe - Natural 10% Ethiopia - Shakiso Hadeso - Washed Tasting Notes: Dark Chocolate, Red Berries Espresso Parameter Recommendation Dose: 18g +/- 0.2g Output: 40g-48g Time: 24s-32s Water temp: Just off boil (around 200° in Colorado)
