This coffee is low in acidity, sweet and balanced, and it pairs notes of nuts with apple, a pleasant herbal note, and a sweetness reminding us of golden kiwi. The coffee is ideal for both coffee drinkers who are just about to discover the world of specialty coffee as well as everyone who does not enjoy acidity and fruity coffees too much. We have been buying coffee from the Bio Arabica R.L. cooperative in the Caranavi region for seven harvests in a row, which makes them one of our oldest partners. A few years ago, we started to buy the coffee from one specific farm that is part of the cooperative rather than a cooperative blend: Finca Verde is run by Elías Choconapi Chino, who is also the representative of the cooperative.
