Maastricht micro-roastery founded by Björn Aarts, the 2014 Dutch Roaster Champion and inventor of the SOVDA roasting system. Specialises in single-origin coffees from certified estates with a strong preference for Cup of Excellence lots. Roastery and cafe sit together in the Beatrixhaven industrial harbour, with beans sold direct alongside brew gear and training.
