Alchemy is carefully designed to be a classic medium-dark style espresso with exceptional sweetness. This blend includes coffee from South America, Central America, and Africa, making it an intricately layered and delightfully nuanced shot. Our Alchemy enchants as a pure espresso or when it is intertwined with milk. Coffees from Africa, South America and Central America are blended in just the right proportions: a natural processed Brazil combined with a washed Colombian provides full body accented with a delicate fruit note; a coffee from Costa Rica is added for nut-infused nougat smoothness while one from Guatemala brings rich, dark chocolate depth and an Ethiopian adds a dash of florality.
