Goûtu par Oven Heaven is a Bordeaux pastry-and-coffee shop founded by brothers Kévin (pastry chef) and Dimitri (coffee roaster/barista) Grodwohl. They roast specialty coffees in Bègles under the Oven Heaven brand and pair them with seasonal artisanal pastries and viennoiseries. They have been recognised among the best pastry shops in Bordeaux since opening in 2018.
