Current Fazenda Santa Jucy has undergone significant advancements in recent years, combining traditional farming knowledge with modern agricultural practices. The implementation of an 80% drip irrigation system ensures precise water management, promoting the healthy growth of coffee plants while reducing water usage. The farm utilizes a mix of mechanical harvesting for mature trees and manual harvesting for younger crops, maintaining efficiency without compromising quality.
