Kōkako is a Fair Trade and BioGro-certified organic roaster based in Grey Lynn, Auckland, founded in 2001 and named after the endangered native bird. They were the first New Zealand roaster to commit fully to Fair Trade organic sourcing and have been a vocal industry leader on sustainability, packaging, and producer relationships. Their Mighty Mighty blend is a NZ specialty café staple.
