Miró was founded in Zurich in 2013 to bring specialty coffee to the city when the scene was still small. It roasts single-origin coffee from Nicaragua, Colombia, Kenya, and Ethiopia for filter and espresso separately, runs multiple Zurich cafés, and supplies coffee to SWISS airlines.
