Sourced from the renowned Las Capucas cooperative in Honduras, this single origin delivers rich, comforting notes of dark chocolate, toasted walnut, and a hint of brown sugar. We’ve dialled up the roast to bring out a deeper, rounder body—without sacrificing balance or quality. It’s the darker roast you’ve been waiting for. Still Modern Standard.
