Lauren and Joe roast in a converted barn on a friend's farm at the edge of Dartmoor, on a Probat UG22 that took seven years to refurbish. They buy only from small, under-represented growers; current lots are from Uganda, Nicaragua and Peru, plus a Colombian decaf. Coffee ships in rice paper, no plastic.
