Established in 1995 as Caffe Prima in Christchurch by founder Geoff Johnson, originally focused on contract roasting. Around 2020 it rebranded to Prima Roastery and moved to Brougham Street in Sydenham. Specialises in Fairtrade and organic certified coffee.
