Propeller Coffee was founded in 2013 by Geoff Polci and Losel Tethong in Toronto's west end. The 7,000 sq ft roastery on Wade Avenue operates a Probat P25 and runs a strong wholesale program supplying cafes and restaurants across the GTA. Propeller emphasizes long direct-trade relationships in Guatemala, Colombia, and Ethiopia, and runs a public cafe inside the roastery.
