Puelo Coffee Roasters was founded by Tomás Guilisasti, Benjamín Bravo, and Tomás Bravo, who spent over a year researching specialty coffee in Portland, Oregon before opening in Santiago's Vitacura neighborhood. What began as a neighborhood café has grown to include its own roastery and a brunch restaurant.
