Quietly Coffee was founded in Guelph, Ontario in 2017 by Jakub Wolanski and team, focused exclusively on light-roasted single-origin coffees. The roastery sources transparently from competition-grade producers in Ethiopia, Colombia, Kenya, and Costa Rica and has built a national subscription base out of a small Guelph facility. Quietly is consistently cited among the top filter-focused roasters in Canada.
