One of Mexico's earliest specialty coffee bars, opened in Mexico City's Condesa neighborhood by Aquiles Gonzalez Pereyra, a Cup of Excellence winner (2012, 2013) and Mexican Barista Competition judge. Known for manual brewers including Japanese siphons, Aeropress and drippers; has since been revived as "Rococo Banco Cultural del Cafe" in Cordoba, Veracruz.
