We use this for all batch brew filters at Rosslyn, however it also works well with other filter brewing methods including French Press/Cafetiere, V60 and Aeropress. Combining a medium body with medium acidity, this coffee offers a complex, smooth and lightly fruity cup with notes of nectarine, raisin and sugarcane.
