Monochayoc, a coffee farm located in Peru's Cusco region is known for its unique Andean microclimates with elevation as high as 2,400 m.a.s.l. This terroir allows slow maturation of coffee cherries, resulting in exceptional flavors. You can except bright yet calming citrus notes of orange, soft sweetness of pear, and delicate floral notes of rooibos tea. This coffee was brought to us by a Peruvian green coffee importer, Balance51. The founder Gian Carlo is passionate about connecting the producers and roasters, ensuring quality and satisfaction in every step of the coffee supply chain. This means ensuring fair pay for the producers, and promised quality for the roasters. The two goes hand in hand, and Gian Carlo visits both producers and roasters frequently to maintain the balance in the supply chain.
