A.M.O.C. uncommon filter bundle

49.9 EUR

The A.M.O.C. Uncommon Filter Bundle brings together three filter coffees from the more expressive side of our line-up. This bundle includes /042, /055 and /056, selected for people who want to explore coffees with a little more character, without moving into anything too extreme. Each coffee is clean and structured, but brings something different: florality, bright fruit, layered acidity and a more distinctive origin or variety expression. /042 Colombia — Julián Calderón is a washed Rosado from Palestina, Huila. It is delicate, bright and floral, with raspberry, rose and a crisp structure. A clear example of how refined Rosado can be when it is processed in a clean and careful way. /055 Colombia — Luis Aguirre is another washed Rosado, this time from Villahermosa in Northern Tolima. It has a brighter fruit profile, with notes of mandarin candy and fruittella, while still keeping a clean and balanced structure. /056 Kenya — Rung’eto Kiangoi adds the classic Kenyan side of the bundle. Juicy, complex and structured, with raspberry, layered berries, rosewater, violet, forest fruit and a mild lemon acidity. Together, they form a filter rotation with more range than the daily classics: one floral and crisp, one bright and candy-like, one juicy and layered. For anyone who wants to explore the more uncommon side of the A.M.O.C. filter range, this is a good place to start.
