Dried red dates and treacle emerge as the shot rests; with milk, the fruit steps back and caramel and light nuts come forward. As a handbrew it's cleaner and brighter: purple grapes and black tea, with orange pulp warmth in the mid-palate. The Brazilian component grounds and the Ethiopian lifts.
