Sitting at an average altitude of around 1,550 meters above sea level, the farm benefits from cool temperatures and a cloud-forest microclimate that supports slow cherry development and exceptional cup quality. Its name, meaning “The Waterfalls,” comes from the natural cascades that run through the estate, shaping both its landscape and growing conditions. The farm produces Pacamara, El Salvador’s signature variety, known for its unusually large beans and expressive cup profile. Coffees from Las Cascadas are celebrated for their complex acidity, creamy body, and notes of tropical fruit, sweet honey, and soft florals. Through carefully managed micro-lots and a focus on Honey and Natural processing, the team enhances sweetness and clarity, allowing the full character of the coffee to shine.
