Brûlerie Möka is a Marseille specialty coffee roastery founded by Iris, a roaster-barista trained at La Caféothèque in Paris. The original café-shop-roastery sits in the Camas neighborhood (5th arrondissement); a second location with a dedicated roasting facility opened on Boulevard Chave. They source from family farms in Brazil, Colombia, Ethiopia, Honduras, Mexico and Yemen.
