equinox is built around sweetness, structure and comfort, a coffee designed to feel familiar, satisfying and easy to return to. for the first release of equinox, we’ve selected a washed Esperanza produced by Diego Robelo at Aquiares Estate in Costa Rica. in the cup, cacao nibs and dulce de leche bring depth and sweetness, while soft strawberry and lemon verbena add gentle fruit and lift. the result is rounded, sweet and composed, with a good body, balanced structure and a clean finish. comforting without feeling heavy, expressive without becoming too bright. equinox is a coffee to settle into.
