Decaf

A smooth, chocolatey decaf — the kind that earns its place at any time of day. Decaf is built around Daterra's Brazilian lot from the Cerrado, decaffeinated using the Swiss Water Process — chemical-free, flavour-first. The producer — Daterra, Cerrado Daterra runs as 560 individual micro-sectors across three farms in Brazil's Cerrado, each with its own agronomist tracking soil, sun and ripeness. They were the first farm in Brazil to earn sustainability certification and the world's first B-Corp certified coffee farm, with 3,500 hectares set aside as protected forest. Carbon negative. The lot — Brazil Swiss Water Decaf Brazilian Arabica grown in the Cerrado, decaffeinated using the Swiss Water Process — a chemical-free method that uses water and time to gently strip the caffeine while leaving the flavour intact. The result is a clean, sweet, properly chocolatey cup. How to drink it • Espresso — pulls thick and syrupy, full of cocoa and baked apple. • With milk — made for it. Leans into biscuit and chocolate, no bitterness. • Filter / Cafetière — soft and comforting, more apple than fruit.
