Dogwood Coffee was founded in 2010 by Andrew Bell and Stephen Hance in Minneapolis, Minnesota. The roastery operates from Northeast Minneapolis with retail cafés in Uptown, North Loop, and Linden Hills, and has become the Twin Cities' most recognized specialty operation. Dogwood sources direct from producers in Ethiopia, Burundi, Honduras, and Colombia, and was named Roast Magazine's Micro Roaster of the Year finalist and a Sprudge top-roaster regular. Signature offerings include the Neon espresso, Heroic decaf, and a rotating East-African heavy single-origin lineup.
