• ABOUT • MORE INFO • We're tasting Butterscotch & Blood Orange Kanzu is the name of the washing station in the Nyamaheke region near Lake Kivu. High up in the surrounding lush mountains, amidst the natural forest of Nyunwe, 535 coffee growers contribute their coffee cherries to this station. The volcanic soil, high elevation (2,000 masl) and mature Bourbon varieties of coffee, all contribute to a very special coffee and a favorite around Dogwood for the last 7 years.
