Founded by Jesus Torres Felipe, an IT consultant who changed careers after a layoff, Factoria 77 launched on May 8, 2018 in El Puerto de Santa Maria, Cadiz, where it roasts green coffee in small daily batches sourced fresh from the latest harvests.
