Coffee
Ethiopia – Mora Layo – Heirloom – Natural
20 AUD
Farm:Haroberdame Washing Station Grown at 2350 masl, this coffee is one of our highest altitude lots of the year. High altitude coffee grows slower, which means beans develop greater density and complexity, leading to finer flavors and excellent mouthfeel. Over 250 farmers handpick cherry from their small plots (typically less than a hectare) and deliver to the Haroberdame washing station, located in the Choriso region of Yirgacheffe. The fruit is dried on raised beds the traditional way, resulting in a beautiful expression of a natural processed Ethiopian coffee: juicy cherry, berries, delicate florals, a tea like body and winey acidity. Tasting Notes: Cherry, berries, fruit toast, dark chocolate
