This Gesha is all light and precision —orange sherbet brightness, lemon cake sweetness — but everything lands with a kind of clarity that feels almost engineered. It’s clean. Too clean.Like every flavour has been placed exactly where it’s meant to be. 🌿 From La Riviera Grown at La Riviera in Risaralda by Andres Quiceno, this coffee comes from a region quietly redefining what’s possible in Colombian coffee. Here, tradition is just the starting point. The real work happens after the harvest — inside controlled environments where fermentation is guided, shaped, and pushed into new territory. The result isn’t just quality — it’s intention. ⚗️ Process: Bio-Reactor Nitro This is where things start to bend a little. Inside a sealed bioreactor, the coffee is fermented in a nitrogen-rich environment — removing oxygen, stabilising the system, and allowing flavour to develop with unusual precision. Temperature, pH, sugars — all controlled.Microbial activity — guided, not left to chance. • Selective Harvest – Only peak ripeness • Nitro Bioreactor Fermentation – Oxygen replaced with nitrogen • Controlled Environment – Full control over fermentation variables • Precision Drying – Locking in structure and clarity It’s less “processing” and more calibration. The result is a cup that feels… intentional.Bright citrus, soft sweetness, and a structure so clean it almost doesn’t make sense. 💡 Brew It Best brewed as filter — V60, Kalita, AeroPress. Keep it light.Let it open. It’ll show you the rest. 🚀 Why You’ll Love It • Part of our Holographic Series — high-end, experimental releases • Gesha from La Riviera, Risaralda • Bio-reactor nitro fermentation for ultra-clean, precise flavour • Notes of orange sherbet and lemon cake • Bright, structured, and slightly unreal • Roasted fresh by Groundstate Coffee Roasters, Dublin • Free shipping in Ireland on orders over €35
