Do you like it on the dark side? If so, this coffee is one that is roasted dark, but not too dark because we still want you to taste the beans and not just the roast flavours. Chocolate, praline and toffee are in harmony with a round body, complexity and richness. All in all, an espresso of the highest quality that will delight every coffee lover. Leal is one of our best selling coffees. To be able to offer you this roast all year around, we had to source two farmers for it. We did not want to blend the beans of the different farmers, we want you to know the one and only farmer who is behind your cup. Our two farmers, Jonny and Alejandro, are practically neighbours in Anserma and grow the same type of coffee (Castillo). The differences are so marginal that it is not recognizable in your cup. January-July we offer you the beans from Alejandro, from August-December Jonny. If anything would change, we certainly will communicate it here. Brew recommendation espresso: 18 in | 45g out in 25 seconds.
