Dublin, Ireland · 8 coffees

Imbibe Coffee Roasters was founded in 2012 and roasts out of Dublin 8, supplying cafes across Ireland and selling directly to home brewers. The lineup leans into experimental processing — anaerobic, white-honey and gesha lots from El Placer (Colombia) and other smallholder farms — alongside a more approachable seasonal espresso programme. The team competes regularly on the Irish national barista scene.
