JWC Signature Blend: Dragon Bold
30 MYR
Description Dragon Bold is JWC Roastery’s boldest house blend, created for coffee drinkers who want a strong, full-bodied cup with very low perceived acidity. Built with coffees from Yunnan, China and Cambodia, it delivers dark chocolate depth, roasted pistachio character and a heavy body that remains noticeable through milk and sugar. If Walnut Popcorn feels too gentle for you, Dragon Bold gives you more weight, more intensity and a longer-lasting coffee finish. Why This Coffee Exists Dragon Bold was created after JWC received repeated feedback from wholesale customers who wanted a stronger house blend with more body and a heavier coffee presence. Some customers enjoyed the consistency and very low perceived acidity of Walnut Popcorn, but still wanted a cup that could remain bold when served with milk, sugar or flavoured drinks. Dragon Bold was developed to answer that need: a practical, full-bodied blend for people who want coffee to taste unmistakably like coffee. Why the Name Dragon Bold? The name was chosen as a playful sound-alike to Dragon Ball, giving the blend an instantly recognisable, energetic personality that matches its stronger flavour direction. It is designed to attract attention, but the product promise remains clear: bold body, deep roasted character and strong performance in milk-based drinks. What Does “Bold” Mean? In Dragon Bold, “bold” does not simply mean darker or more bitter. It refers to a heavier body, stronger roast presence, deeper dark chocolate character and a flavour structure that stays noticeable after milk, sugar or ice is added. It is designed for customers who want intensity without bright acidity. FAQ Is Dragon Bold sour? Dragon Bold has very low perceived acidity and is designed around body, dark chocolate depth and roasted character rather than bright fruit acidity. Is Dragon Bold only for milk coffee? No. It can be enjoyed as espresso or ristretto, but its heavy body and strong flavour make it especially suitable for milk-based coffee.
