At the end of last year, we started working with them on a new slow drying indoor room, a dark room idea Jackie suggested to help the coffee dry more gently and keep more clarity, sweetness, and structure. This year, we visited Kamavindi again, checked the room, and continued the project together. This lot is even more special to us because it is SL34 Peaberry. We love peaberries for their concentrated sweetness and vibrant character, and this lot shows exactly why. It is juicy, structured, complex, and deeply expressive, a beautiful Kenya in the style we love most.
