Roasts on the Holy Island of Lindisfarne, off the Northumberland coast. Started in 2014 in a yurt in a walled garden, moved into a converted shipping container in 2018, and now runs a Loring roaster there. The roastery sits alongside the Pilgrims Coffee House on Marygate. Arabica only, with the line-up changing through the season.
