Brand new crop, finally with us after a 7 month hiatus due to the global coffee crisis ... but its worth the wait 😊 This stunning Nicaraguan Coffee from Algrano has won a Great Taste 2 star award with our roastery, putting it in the top 5% of coffees in the UK! We have found the perfect medium roast profile, giving you everything you want from a Nicaraguan coffee - this coffee is clean, sweet and robust. As well as the direct trade with the farm element, what we loved about this coffee is its versatility. Strong bodied and full of toffee and pecan on espresso, the green apple (even cider?!) is really coming to the fore on this crop and to finish even a mellow citrusy note - particularly on filter.
