The Salfordian Blend. Full-bodied but balanced just like our City - a sweet brew, with cocoa nib and caramel to the fore, with a vanilla and praline finish. A hugely popular coffee with our community, and one that is easily dialled in at home! And we have now made the blend even better, with use of our stunning 2025 find in Nicaragua, the Cafetos Dipilto. Blending 70% of this origin alongside 30% of the new Brazilian Cappecca Bossa, this elicits a crisp and bold coffee with rich notes on espresso and pairing wonderfully well with milk - you still have the hints of marshamallow that come with the Nic coffee, leaving a lovely second taste in the palate. The IMF has given it this blend a uniformity that will delight full bodied coffee lovers! But don't worry, it is also adept on v60, striking a balance between some of the caramel and cocoa notes with a floral hit with the coarser grind - drinking it black on your favourite filter device works, too!
