Founded in 2011 in Taipei's East District by Berg Wu (Wu Tse-ling), who won the 2016 World Barista Championship as the first Taiwanese champion. Opened a flagship near Huashan 1914 Creative Park in 2021 and later a location on the 88th floor of Taipei 101.
