Steampower, based in Padova and roasted at a lab in Mirano, roasts to order three times a week and holds patents on its roasting methods. It buys green coffee directly from small producers at above-market prices and holds Rainforest Alliance, Fairtrade, USDA Organic, and UTZ certifications, alongside its own café.
