Genesis is our permanent Ethiopian coffee. It stands for the beginning of coffee. Clean, complex and expressive, it represents the origin from which all coffee culture emerged. We have chosen a naturally processed coffee: full of aromatics and low in acidity. This coffee is expressive and sweet. It is roasted for espresso and filter. Genesis is our tribute to coffee: a new constant in our portfolio.
