Hunkute is a coffee harvested from the Sidamo region of Ethiopia. With its floral, sweet and lemon-like flavor profile, it is best prepared as a filter coffee. However, it has also impressed us to be enjoyed as a mild espresso or fruity cappuccino. Roasted by the Swiss Roasting Champion (SCA Switzerland, 2025). For coffee freshness: Roast date is always MHD minus 9 months.
