Bosgaurus Coffee Roasters was founded in February 2016 by Nguyen Canh Hung, a former engineer who, after encountering a coffee shop in Amsterdam, returned to Vietnam determined to showcase the country's quality Arabica from Da Lat. The company roasts single-origin Vietnamese Arabica daily and now runs three cafes in Ho Chi Minh City, including its landmark multi-story Opera House location.
