Every Half Coffee Roasters was founded in 2016 by Tran Le Minh Truc and Vo Duy Phu, both coffee-industry veterans of The Coffee House and Urban Station, initially as an online coffee platform before opening its first Ho Chi Minh City cafe and roastery in 2021. It sources from Vietnam's Dien Bien, Pleiku, Lam Dong, Dak Lak and Buon Me Thuot regions, roasting light-to-medium profiles and partnering with cooperatives to develop climate-resilient varieties like Starmaya and Liberica.
