This elegant coffee offers beautiful notes of white florals, tea as well as citrus and stone fruit, rounded off with a honey-like sweetness. The coffee goes through a submerged fermentation of about 60h with pH and temperatures constantly monitored. It is then washed and sun-dried on raised beds for around 10-14 days, depending on the weather.
