FESICH farms are located near the El Triunfo Biosphere Reserve, one of Mexico's most biodiverse cloud forests. This cool, humid, forested region creates ideal conditions for growing high-quality Arabica coffee with distinctive character. The organization is committed to sustainability, supporting organic practices, agroforestry, and healthy soil management. It empowers producers through training in farming, processing, and logistics, while advancing gender equity and climate resilience through women-focused initiatives and rust-resistant nurseries with over two million seedlings. Post-harvest, only ripe cherries are selected. The coffee is fermented for 12 to 18 hours, fully washed, and sun-dried on patios-ensuring clean, consistent quality in every lot. Mrs Green provides distinct flavours, all elements are very active in the profile, giving the taste fantastic complexity. This coffee is also a great allrounder, good for espresso but also has fullness and depth in the flavour to cut through milk.
