Founded in summer 2015 by Stanislav Benderschi, half-Russian and half-Portuguese, who discovered specialty coffee while living in Germany, Fabrica Coffee Roasters introduced Lisbon to genuine specialty coffee and has since grown into multiple locations across Lisbon and Porto.
