Founded in 2022, The Folks has grown to six cafes across Lisbon (Chiado, its original location, plus Alfama, Se, Blue Street, Santos, and Belem), supplying its own roastery's beans to cafes, restaurants, hotels, and offices, and was ranked among the world's best coffee shops in 2026.
