Produced by the GRAPOS Cooperative near the breathtaking El Triunfo Biosphere Reserve, this Fair Trade Organic coffee showcases everything we love about great Mexican coffee: pecan, fresh apple, almond, and a touch of Kahlúa sweetness, wrapped in bright acidity and a smooth, candy-like finish. The resulting cup has a balance that is both comforting and complex. This year's crop is one of the best we've tasted in years, and we're excited to bring it back to the menu.
