It is unmistakably fruit-led, yet more precise and composed than the profile first suggests. A carefully controlled natural process, combining anaerobic and oxidative stages with thermal shock and precision drying, builds sweetness and aromatic lift without flattening the cup. The result is bold, saturated, and highly expressive. Expect passion fruit, pineapple, and mango at the front, with cherry and raspberry adding brighter red-fruit detail. The texture is juicy and dense, with vivid acidity and a long, structured finish.
