WORKE – Floral Elegance from Sidama & Yirgacheffe WORKE is a medium-roasted coffee that captures the best of Ethiopian region Yirgacheffe. It offers a delicately complex cup with a soft floral aroma, a smooth body, and a crisp citrus finish. Expect a prominent lemon brightness balanced by a sweet, silky mouthfeel. The floral tones are elegant, offering notes of jasmine and honeysuckle. WORKE finishes clean and refreshing, making it a favorite for those who love light, expressive cups. This coffee is grown in the highlands of Yirgacheffe, where fertile soil and consistent rainfall create perfect growing conditions. Farmers use traditional processing methods and dry the beans on raised beds. The result is a coffee with unmatched aroma and refined acidity. NEHI – Lemon Brightness & Crisp Acidity NEHI is all about brightness and clarity. Sourced from the Sidama zone, this coffee delivers a vibrant citrus profile.
